Lauren Howes
PBT/Conditioning.
With over 20 years performing experience Lauren has completed major examinations in classical ballet (Cecchetti Adv 2 - Cat B and Associate Diploma – Part A), modern and tap (ISTD Adv) and is currently studying to gain further qualifications in the classical ballet Cecchetti Method. Lauren spent four years studying a Bachelor of Music at the University of New South Wales majoring in Vocal Performance and has trained as a singer for over 25 years. In addition to her training as a singer and dancer, Lauren is a professional aerialist and has been performing for nearly 15 years and been coached by renowned cirque artist Olga Sidorova and international cirque coach Rodleigh Stevens (Trix Circus). Lauren was privileged to undertake Progressing Ballet Technique training in person with Marie Walton-Mahon and was certified in 2024.
